So as you can see, Your first time out on the lanes it is quite possible to get your FD and even possibly your FDX.

After a tournament the host team calculates and submits the scores of the weekend to NAFA, then your team captain will receive your certificates in the mail.

They will look like this:

As you can see, It says Your Dog's name, The title they achieved, and the date they got that title.

This was the best Christmas gift I could have gotten this year. Our team completed out titles (FD and FDX) back in August, and I received the certificates in the mail in December. So as a small little Christmas gift to my team mates, I framed them for everyone.

Personally, I love these. It's a reminder of your success with your dog, and it will be something you'll have forever.

There is NOTHING like that first ever run. I will never forget it for as long as I live.

People often tell me " Its only flyball.. You can throw tennis balls to your dog in the yard"... well my friend.. Its not JUST Flyball. For a lot of us, It's the one thing you can do with your dog that has you working as a whole. You get to met some amazing friends, go to amazing weekends away from home.

I have met some of the most fantastic people I know through Flyball, and I wouldn't give it up for the world!

On that note, my lunch break is over.

Until next time.

Steph
